Julia is ideally placed to support an initiative within the Pharmaceutical sector. An executive career spent in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries in senior international positions at Smith Kline, Amersham International and Glaxo.

Julia is an experienced non executive director in public and private companies and also in the wider healthcare industry including medical devices and care sectors.

Andy Pearson

Andy has an M&A background and brings strong financial skills to the team. His career has been spent with KPMG where he latterly headed the Transaction Services (due diligence) team in the Midlands — experience of over 100 corporate transactions. Since 2005 Andy has been a direct equity investor in several businesses and participated in two leveraged MBIs as principal.

Peter Hodson

Peter is responsible for making equity investments for NVM Private Equity within London. He has nine years of experience in the private equity industry. Peter was previously an investment manager at 3i focusing on transacting deals between £5 million and £50 million. During his time at NVM he has successfully completed the management buy-out and subsequent sale of both Ithaca Business Media and Product Support Limited.
